About us

The Nourish App is a new digital mental health app, helping thousands of mums every month to proactively manage their mental health with a wide range of self-care tools and exercises. Available Roles

1) Social Media and Content Manager

You will work alongside one of the Co-Founders, to develop content to promote and sell our new corporate offering, to grow our Instagram account and build our brand through PR and podcasts.

You will develop skills in different areas of marketing, including social media, content and PR. You will be creating content; updating and analysing marketing tools, conducting market research, pitching to journalists and engaging with key social media accounts.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in marketing, looking to quickly gain extensive, hands-on experience.

2) Research and Project Manager

You will work alongside one of the Co-Founders, to perform strategic analysis, project manage business priorities and objectives and support the team to achieve their business and app development goals.

You will be supporting the effective business operations of the company through weekly project management of strategic objectives, including weekly status reporting, note taking and managing accountability. You will support the CEO in designing and conducting research and analysis to support strategic decisions about the direction of the business. You will also gain experience of working on the implementation of an evidence generation canvas, including designing research objectives and implementing customer surveys. You will also support the product management in refining the product vision and product roadmap, by conducting competitor analyses and participating in ideation workshops.

This is a perfect opportunity for a business, science or marketing graduate, looking to quickly gain insights into project and business management and strategy experience.

About the placements

- You’ll be working remotely as part of a small, compassionate, supportive, dynamic and driven team based in London, the New Forest (UK) and France.

- Both job offers are for 6 months, starting in October, working 25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9.45am to 4pm.

- As part of your placement, you will also receive a monthly 60-minute, one-to-one coaching session with a qualified in-house executive coach, for your own personal development.

- You will also receive free access to meditations and wellbeing resources on the Nourish app.
